Industry Expert Theater (IET) Guidelines
Please note: Industry Expert Theaters are only available to companies exhibiting at the meeting.
- Content may not duplicate that of an AUGS course or session.
- Sessions must be open to all attendees as space permits.
- Sessions will not be approved for CME credit.
- The IET, faculty names and description are due 6 weeks prior to the meeting. Failure to provide this information by this deadline could result in cancellation of the program.
- All promotions, including invitations, announcements, flyers, websites, etc. must be reviewed and approved by AUGS.
- The AUGS logo may not be used in any manner related to the promotion of an Industry Expert Theater. The following text must appear on all promotional materials: “This industry expert theater is an industry-supported event and is not an official part of the AUGS educational program.”
- On-site promotion is limited to one sign located directly outside the meeting room, one inside the room, and one within your exhibit booth, the signs may be either an easel sign or pop-up freestanding sign. Any additional on-site promotions must be done through AUGS.
- Cancellations received later than 2 months from the meeting will not receive a refund.
- Failure to comply with these guidelines could jeopardize the right to participate in future AUGS meetings or exhibits.
