Nitya Murali is a fourth-year medical student at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. She received her Bachelor's in Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University at Buffalo in 2021. Her academic and professional interests center on reproductive health, health equity, and community-based care. She participates in research evaluating urogynecological surgery outcomes in women with pelvic organ prolapse under the guidance of Dr. Abeer Eddib, MD, FACOG, FACS, MHCM, FPMRS.
