Dr. Jena Hall (MD, MEd, FRCSC, FPMRS) is originally from Ottawa, Ontario. She completed her MD at the University of Toronto, and Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at Queen’s University where she also completed a Master of Education through the Clinician Investigator Program. Jena moved to Calgary in 2021 to pursue a fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPRMS).
Following fellowship, Dr. Hall joined the Pelvic Floor Clinic at Foothills Medical Center. She is appointed Clinical Assistant Professor at the Cumming School of Medicine. Dr. Hall’s research interests include intraoperative surgical training, clinical learning environments, and pelvic floor dysorders, and she brings experience with qualitative research methodologies. She is currently the Program Director for the Clinician Investigator Program, Program Director for the the Urogynecology Fellowship Program, and the OBGYN Resident Research and Scholarly Pursuits Director. In addition, she is the Medical Education Commitee Chair for the Canadian Society for Pelvic Medicine and is involved with several local, national, and international medical education initiatives.
