Melissa Tigert is a current PGY-4 Obstetrics and Gynaecology resident at the University of British Columbia. She completed a B.Sc.H. in psychology with a specialization in brain science and cognition at the University of Guelph. She completed medical school at the University of Toronto and moved to B.C. for residency training. Her current research interests are in sexual medicine, menopause, and medical education. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, swimming, and a good mystery novel.
