Dr. Taji Yazdany currently serves as the Vice Chair of Education and Academic Affairs in the Dept of OBGYN at Harbor UCLA Medical Cetner. Her career is marked by a sincere dedication to marginalized patients in the safety net hospital, research and educational leadership. She has been the recipient of the ACGME Courage to Teach Awad and ACOG mentor award . Her roles in AUGS include current Chair of the Education committee, and previous roles included member of the fellowship committee and systematic review group. Her leadership in education has traversed the spectrum of program director of both residency and URPS fellowship as well as medical student clerkship director. Her passions include musicals, hiking and teaching!
