Dr. Sarah Ashmore is a Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgeon at UCHealth in Fort Collins, Colorado. She graduated from the University of Chicago URPS Fellowship Program in 2025 and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She attended medical schoool at the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine in Vermillioin, South Dakota. While in South Dakota, Dr. Ashmore gained a unique appreciation and understanding of rural medicine which inspired her to return to an underserved area after fellowship.
