Rachel Pauls, MD, FACOG is a Urogynecologist and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgeon, and faculty at TriHealth in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Dr. Pauls completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, and fellowship in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnatik graduated in 2006. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists, a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Canada, and Board Certified in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery in the United States.
Dr. Pauls has published over 110 journal articles and textbook chapters. She served as Program Director for the Fellowship in Urogynecology at TriHealth for 9 years, as well as the Director of Research for the Division for 12 years. She has participated as an Associate Editor and/or Peer Reviewer for over 20 academic publications.
Dr. Pauls is also a passionate food blogger and medical writer. She has written two books to help others begin and maintain the low-FODMAP diet, and posts regularly on her website, rachelpaulsfood.com.
