Cara Schachter, MD is an Ob/Gyn resident at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist. Her clinical and research interests focus on urogynecology and pelvic floor reconstruction, with ongoing projects exploring surgical innovation and patient outcomes in pelvic floor disorders. She is active in resident leadership, serving on the Resident and Fellow Executive Council and as her program’s ACOG representative.
