Dr. Jaber Saad grew up in southeast Michigan as the son of Lebanese immigrants. He graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience, and earned his medical degree from the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. He completed residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan, followed by fellowship training in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery through the Kaiser Permanente East Bay/University of California, San Francisco joint program.
Dr. Saad is now a faculty Urogynecologist at Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital, where he provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for women with pelvic floor disorders. His professional and research interests include medical education, obstetrical anal sphincter injuries and perineal birth trauma, and the role of adverse childhood experiences in the development of urogenital pain disorders.
