Dr. Allison Lazenby is a second year urogynecology fellow at the Univeristy of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. She attended medical school at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine, and completed her residency in OBGYN at Louisiana State University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is interested in surgical outcomes and sustainability in the OR.
