Product Spotlight Presentation - $1,500 (Limited Availability)

The Spotlight Stage will host short sessions (10 minutes) on important topics in urogynecology. Each session will take place in the exhibit hall, and participating companies may only present 1 time. Sessions will be promoted in the meeting app. Participating companies will have the opportunity to provide materials to attendees such as brochure, flyers, business cards, etc. Schedule TBD.

Industry Expert Theater (IET) - $30,000 

Organize a lunch educational session on a topic of your choice, 45-minute presentation. All IET’s must follow established guidelines.

AUGS will provide:

• Meeting space at no additional charge.
• Lunch for attendees.

• 1 promotional email in advance of the meeting created by AUGS with content provided by the supporter

Fellows and Residents Day Reception - $15,000-SOLD  

Be the exclusive sponsor of the popular Fellows and Residents Day social event. Sponsorship includes branding, signage, and promotion from AUGS. This exclusive social event takes place on the evening of Tuesday, October 14 at an off-site location.

Fellows and Residents Day Educational Symposium - $15,000- SOLD

Companies are invited to present a live, non-accredited 45-minute educational session that highlights an educational topic for fellows and residents attending the Fellows and Residents Day program on Tuesday, October 14. AUGS provides lunch, standard AV package, and recognition on signage at the event.

Resident/Fellow Travel Grants - $5,000 each

This popular program allows fellows and residents to attend PFD Week through the support of a travel grant and complimentary registration. Support of this offering funds up to 5 Fellow/Resident Scholars. More scholarships are made available as funds are committed and supported. Applications are reviewed by AUGS’ Awards Committee. Sponsorship benefits include recognition as a supporter in the meeting promotion.

Early Career Day Education Networking and Educational Lunch - $7,500-SOLD

AUGS provides lunch, recognition on signage at the event on Tuesday, October 14. Opportunity to provide presentaton focused on the topic of of health economics. 

Early Career Day Networking Reception - $5,500

AUGS provides food and beverages, recognition on signage at the event on Tuesday, October 14.

Refreshment Breaks - $5,500 each

Your logo displayed on signage at the break and table for information/display during the breaks that are not located in the exhibit hall. Supporter may provide branded napkins or cups.
